This is a limited edition Hasbro Collectors GI Joe "Drop Zone" 3-D model statuette.  This item was created in 2000 and is very collectible. As you can see from the photos included is shows it as #1/3246, whether it truly is #1 or 1 of 3246 I do not know.  I do not have a COA to go with this. 

This model is a US Army airborne paratrooper hot drop zone sculpture. Military metal series by Hasbro. Sergeant is wearing standard issue O.D. jungle fatigues that include a four-pocket jungle tatigue jacket, cargo pocket ripstop pants, and a pair of canvas and leathe jungle boots that contain a hardened steel screen insole to prevent foot injuries. He is carrying an M-60 7.62mm LMG machine gun.

There is a strap that runs from the gun to the shoulder of the man it is broken away but easily fixed with a drop of glue.  This item is in very good condition and would make a wonderful gift for anyone.
