Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item and shipping destination. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. Our store professionals use first-quality materials to pack items with care.

Our preferred shipping carriers:
We offer FedEx Ground and Express for domestic shipping. USPS is only used for international shipping and items that qualify for media mail.

We require insurance on most items with a winning bid over $100. Insurance will also be required on pottery, glass, china, most electronic items, and all international orders. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $250. There will be no exceptions.

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping, we require that you cooperate with the insurance claims process of the carrier, or third party shipping insurance provider. Please keep all of your packing materials and contact us immediately. We will be happy to contact the carrier and start the claim process, however, they may need to inspect the product.

Merchandise will ship 3 - 5 business days after payment confirmation.

International Shipping: Please see the "Ships To" area at the top of the page. We ship internationally unless size, weight, or other limitations prevent us. We only ship using methods that allow us to confirm the products arrival.

Combined Shipping: We can combine shipping. Combined shipping rates are determined at checkout by our automated system. We cannot provide a quote for combined shipping.

LOCAL PICK UP: Please contact us using eBay messages if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our store. In-store pick up of this item is ONLY available at this store. All local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax. If you choose this option, you will have 14 days from the close of the auction to pick up your item. If you do not pick the item up after 14 days, the sale will be cancelled, and you will receive a refund minus a 15% restock and re-list fee.
