This is a vintage/antique G L Sterling silver "Good Luck" souvenir spoon.  There is a horseshoe at the vrey top of the handle with a Shamrock or 4 Leaf Clover under it  It measures 5 3/4" in length.  It is in very nice condition with just a little "ding" at the very end.  I think it might have just been made that way.  Please email me if you have questions.
