The Transformers Encore Cassette Daisakusen series continues with this second lineup offering two Autobot and two Decepticon transformable microcassettes! Autobots Steeljaw and Ramhorn are paired up with Decepticons Ratbat and Slugfest in this reissue release, and each can be transformed between robot and microcassette modes. Their original chromed weapons are included along with a clear plastic storage case for each 'bot.

1. Refund may be granted if you purchase insurance and upon approval & granted by U.S.P.S post office. Shipping will be refund as well.

3. For factory sealed item, if there is any missing parts or defective parts, please contact the manufacturer for replacement. I'll help you to obtain the manufacturer contact information. 
 
4. If you have not purchased insurance and the on-line tracking is not available, I will help you to file the lost investigation to the post office 30 days after the shipping date. It normally takes 1-2 months to get the report. 
 
5. For factory sealed items, if you do not like the item and you do not open it and want to return it, you can return it with 30% restocking fee. And ALL shipping costs are at your own expenses. ( Return item must be received within 7 days after you receive the item).
 
6. No refund / return / exchange if you open the factory sealed items.
