This auction is for a Leica INM300 brightfield/darkfield Microscope. This item appears to be in good cosmetic condition, there are a few small dings and scratches, signs of previous use. Please look at the photos. The unit powers up, I am able to make the table move up/down and rotate the lens holder automatically. There are NO lenses included with this unit. This unit comes with ONE Leica 25x/9.5B eyepiece. This unit is designed to inspect wafers up to 300mm (12” inches). I do not have the equipment or training to formally test this item so it is being sold as is.
