We accept paypal (For MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or E-Check), Money order, and Cashier Checks must be issued by a US Bank and in US currency and items will be shipped after the clearance of the funds.

Shipping costs are calculated figuring all our costs associated to deliver for you this product safely and in a timely manner. It is a little more complicated than just going to the shipping companies website and getting a quote. They do not count on all of the costs of doing business. If you take our product price and add it to the shipping price you will find that you are getting an excellent deal.

We do not use and will not use 3rd party shipping account.

• Same Day Shipping: We try to ship all orders same day as long as a verified payment is done. Sometimes we might fall a little behind or have an unforeseen issue that delays the process so please work with us as our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. 
• Confirmed Address Only:  We ONLY ship to CONFIRMED BILLING ADDRESS when payment is made to PayPal.
• Shipping Carrier:  Our carriers include  United Parcel Service (UPS), U.S. Postal Service (USPS), and (FEDEX). We primarily use USPS and UPS for all shipments. We reserve the right to use whomever we desire. We assure you we will use the most efficient shipper for your order depending on where you are located. 
• Shipping Upgrading:  You can upgrade the shipment mode if you want. Just email us at stop_nbuy@yahoo.com and we will gladly quote you the price of the upgrade. 
• Combine Shipping If you buy 2 or more products we can combine shipping please email if your buying multiple items. 
• Local Pick-up: We don't have available at this time.
• Tracking Information: Tracking information will be emailed once your item has shipped.
• Misplace: We are NOT responsible for any loss or damage due to packages left at your doorstep by shipping carrier, drivers, or receive by another person at your address.

• We will gladly ship to international locations. We accept the payment through Paypal/Money Order. Buyer is responsible for all duties, customs and brokerage fees. Please do not ask us to make orders as Gift as this is against the law and we are unable to do this.

• We ONLY ship to CONFIRMED BILLING ADDRESS when payment is made to PayPal.  

• We use USPS Express or USPS Priority Mail International to ship internationally. International customers must provide the PHONE NUMBER for shipping label. We do combine shipping, please email us for combine shipping cost before you buy. International order is shipped after 8-10 business days when payment is made. NOTE:  20 DAYS RETURN POLICY IS ONLY FOR USA CUSTOMERS. 

• If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your un-opened item within 20 days for a full refund of the original purchase price. Shipping can not be refunded.

• NOTE: OPENED AND / OR UNSEALED DVDs, CDs AND CARTOGRAPHY ARE NOT RETURNABLE. SPECIAL ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

• We will exchange any items if defective within 20 days from the date of delivery. After 20 days from the date of delivery all units requiring Services, either Warranty of otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate Manufacturer.

• Remanufacture items may not be returned. Units requiring Service, either warranty of otherwise should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.

• Return merchandise authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. No returns shall be accepted without RMA number.

• To obtain a RMA number, please send an email to stop_nbuy@yahoo.com and be sure to provide the reason for return. The return is in the original box with all packaging material, manuals, and all else that came with it. You will be charged for any missing contents and is saleable condition. All shipping expenses to be borne by the buyer.
