1. MULTIPLE PURCHASES
If buying more than one item, please wait until we invoice you, as we can normally send addition items for the same postage charge or at a reduced value for additional items depending upon weight or size.
2. POSTAGE
All stamps are sent Royal Mail 1st Class recorded with a maximum insurance value of £34. Items can be sent Registered Post if required at a cost of £5. Both of these require a signature upon delivery. They are sent in board backed envelopes.
3. RETURNS POLICY
Items can be returned if mis-desribed providing you inform us within 7 days and the reason for return. All items to be returned must be sent Recorded Delivery. A full refund will then be given including return postage.
