Returns are only accepted with a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. We will only issue an RMA if the product is received defective. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We will repair, replace or in the event an item is not available refund purchase amount minus shipping. We do not accept buyer remorse, if an item is returned and found to be functional there will be a restocking fee charged at a rate of 15%. Items returned without an RMA are refused. |
