This item is subject to a FIXED RATE SHIPPING price which means that the shipping fee will be the displayed amount for all ship-to destinations shown. Our Fixed Rate Shipping Fee includes all shipment insurance, shipment notification (when available), fuel surcharges, handling, packaging & repackaging as well as residential curbside delivery service including delivery appointment setting on freight shipments.
