BUSINESS IS LARGELY TOURIST BASED.  THIS IS ONE OF TWO MAIN ROADS TO NEARBY NORTH BEND STATE PARK AND IT IS WHERE MOST PEOPLE ACCESS THE RAIL TRAIL SINCE IT IS THE PORTION OF THE TRAIL WITH THE BEST UPKEEP AND THE MOST POPULAR SECTION OF THE TRAIL.  FROM CAIRO TO ELLENBORO, ON THE TRAIL YOU TRAVERSE MANY RAILROAD BRIDGES AND 3 TUNNELS AND THE SURFACE IS VERY GOOD.

A: roughly 20K for inventory and contents. we do have some local employees that help us that could probably be used by the new owner. most of the photos were taken for the listing.
