A: We are a Sydney based company. Our warehouse and operations are located in Sydney.

? What forms of PAYMENT do you accept?

A: We only accept Bank Transfer (Direct Deposit or Internet Banking) and PayPal.
We do not accept PAYMATE, CREDIT CARDS, COD OR ANY OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT

? Do you offer a PICK UP service.

A: Unfortunately we do not offer a pick up service under any circumstances

A: The Monster Trading Store banks with NAB (National Australia Bank).

? If I purchase more than one item can I get a discount on Postage?

A: If you purchase more than one item from us you will need to pay postage on each item. We cannot combine or discount postage fees. Postage and Handling is set at $15.00 to anywhere within Australia (Items will be sent Registered Post)

Postage and Handling is set at $40.00 to anywhere in the world. (Goods will be sent Air Mail)

A: Yes, we are.

? Do you sell outside of Australia?

A: Yes, we sell and ship to anywhere in the world.

? How do you ship your goods?

A: The Monster Trading Store uses Australia Post to send all our items. All items sold within Australia will be sent Registered Post.

All items sold outside of Australia will be sent Air Mail.

? Do you have a physical store?

A: Unfortunately we do not have a physical store. All our goods are available for purchase in our eBay store.

? Where are your product sourced?

A: All our products are sourced overseas and are imported straight from the factory saving you any middleman expense.

? Are your products new and original?

A: All our products are Brand New. Any brand names we sell are originals – we do not sell any copies.

? What if I encounter a problem whilst bidding or after I won the item?

A: The Monster Trading Store’s first priority is customer service and satisfaction. Please contact us if you any question or problem and we will endeavour to help wherever we can.

Payment Information

Payment is expected within 3 days if the purchase was made in an auction or Fixed Price.

Shipping

All our items are shipped through Australia Post.

Goods sold within Australia will be sent Registered Post. All our goods are checked and packed carefully prior to dispatch in an Australia Post “Post Pack”. A flat rate of $15.00 per item purchased will be charged which includes Postage and Handling.

Goods sold outside of Australia will be sent Air Mail. All our goods are checked and packed carefully prior to dispatch in an Australia Post “Post Pack”. A flat rate of $40.00 per item purchased will be charged which includes Postage and Handling.

We cannot combine or discount postage. Pick up is not possible.

Terms and Condition.

CONDITIONS OF SALE – Buyers Please Take Note

? PAYMENT – The transaction must be completed within 3 days of the close of the auction. An email will be sent to you with details confirming the sale.

? SHIPPING – Please refer to the shipping information above. No item/s will be sent until payment has been received in full.

? THE MONSTER TRADING STORE is not directly liable for any loss, theft or damage to any goods. If a problem arises, please contact us and we will undertake to resolve any issue.

? DELIVERY – The Monster Trading Store will dispatch all goods. After hours or weekend delivery is unavailable. Pick up is not possible.

? RETURN POLICY –  All products purchased may be returned with no questions asked. Item/s must be returned intact as was received by Buyer including unaltered Bracelet (no missing links), Tags and Booklets. Shipping and Handling is the sole responsibility of the Buyer and is not refundable. No return is honoured 14 days after receipt of the item.
