About Us:
New York Jewelers is a family-owned and operated ‘brick-and-mortar’ store located in the heart of Downtown Chicago. We have been in business for over 115 years and are widely considered the busiest jewelry store Downtown. We have the most expansive diamond selection in the city and are Authorized Dealers for over 25 different watch companies including; Tag Heuer, Bell & Ross, Michele, Baume et Mercier, and Ebel. We employ our own in-house watchmaker who carefully goes over each and every pre-owned watch, ultimately awarding them Certified Pre-Owned status. Each Certified Pre-Owned watch, unless otherwise stated (in the case of vintage pieces), has been completely refinished, overhauled (if needed), and given a full year limited warranty.
Payment Methods Accepted:
New York Jewelers, as a proud eBay Power Seller, prefer PayPal when possible. As we are an actual store, we are also happy to accept all major credit cards by phone (must be shipped to billing address), bank transfer, or certified check.
Authenticity:
EVERYTHING WE SELL IS 100% AUTHENTIC, unless otherwise noted (a custom diamond bezel, for example). In many cases, we are the Authorized Dealer for the brands we sell pre-owned. All watches pictured are of the ACTUAL watch.
Return Policy:
We offer a 7-day return privilege on all items with no questions asked. The piece in question, must be returned in the same condition with all accessories. To help cover rising shipping costs and eBay fees, there is a 10% re-stocking fee for all returns. If the piece being returned is substantially different than what was described, there will be no re-stocking fee whatsoever.

New in box, never worn. Accompanied with box and papers; warranty may or may not be stamped and filled out. |
MINT |
Pre-owned watch in near perfect condition. Signs of slight wear are visible. Completely refurbished. Works perfectly, keeps excellent time, needs nothing. |
AS-IS |
Pre-owned watch in excellent working condition, keeps excellent time, may need aesthetic work. Any primary aesthetic work will be clearly listed in the auction. |
Shipping (PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IN ITS ENTIRETY):
- We ship to credit card billing addresses or confirmed addresses only (absolutely NO POST OFFICE BOXES).
- All items shipped will be insured for purchase price.
- Tracking numbers will not be given out due to insurance regulations. Please be available for delivery in person.
- All packages MUST be signed for. In the event a package is returned to New York Jewelers, the Buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to re-ship the item.
- International buyers will be responsible for any and all applicable duties and taxes.
