These are no ordinary maps. Each one is presented as a part of an intriguing caricature - England as Queen Victoria, France as a hook-nosed lady and Germany as a dancing lady. The outline of each map is woven into the fabric of the caricature in a stunningly imaginative manner. Each map is brightly colored and contains a lot of geographical detail.

These maps were produced with the intention of making the study of maps more appealing to young scholars who normally think globes and maps are wearisome. I am confident that this purpose has been served many a times over.
