ABOUT THIS CARD AND THE SET IT COMES FROM:
I'd been after these a long time and I finally managed to get my hands on a deck to catalog and then split to offer for sale--this sale is for the single card in the title and shown on this page.

A single playing card (both sides shown below), from a 1908 deck of theater stars issued by the U.S. Playing Card Company out of Cincinnati, U.S.A. Card measures approximately 2-1/2" X 3-1/2" and was issued with a gold gilt around the edges of the card.

This sale is for the 3 of Hearts, George M. Cohan.

As mentioned, I've split a deck of these very rare playing cards and several singles such as this should be currently available, please see my eBay Store for other 1908 Playing Cards featuring Stars of the Stage currently being offered for sale.

GRADING - CONDITION:
Grades EX or 5/10 with some light soiling on both sides though a bit heavier on the front, especially towards the bottom half of the card, light wear along the edges. No creasing. The gold gilt is still visible on the edges.
