Your business and trust in me is both humbling and appreciated and I take that trust very seriously. Once your payment has been received your item will ship either the same day or the following business day. Shipping takes place Monday through Friday with some exceptions on Saturday for USPS packages. UPS packages ship Monday throug Friday. Once I generate your shipping information you will receive an e-mail with tracking and delivery information.
RETURN POLICY: I gladly accept return merchandise. If for any reason your product is not what was described in the auction or is broken or damaged upon receipt, please notify me immediately via e-mail. I will pay for return postage and will issue a full refund once the item has been received by me in the condition it was shipped. All paperwork, tags and packaging must be included. If you are returning the item due to buyers remorse or you have just changed your mind I will issue a full refund of the price paid for the item, the shipping in this case will be the responsibility of the buyer.
