• By accepting delivery of tickets, the account holder and its guests are bound by this Ticket Policy and the account holder agrees to inform with due diligence all of its invited guests of the terms of this Ticket Policy.
• All tickets must be used in the event/telecast year specified.
• The Recording Academy reserves all legal rights and remedies.
• Eligible bidder must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States.
• The winner is solely responsible for accommodations, meals and transportation to and from the event/venue unless otherwise stated in the description.
• GRAMMY charities and artist management will not be responsible for winner's inability to arrive as requested to the determined event/venue for fulfillment of this package.
