This GI JOE 25th Anniversary Series Figure is brand new still in box.  The figure is Mint On Card.  There are no creases, bends or tears on the plastic or on the card!  The bubble that encases the figure has no scratches.  The figure, bubble casing and card are completely free from any defects!
