         If payment has not been recieved after the specified amount of time a reminder invoice will be sent. Buyers will have 2 days after that to respond with notice of payment and when it was sent or ebay will be notifed and a dispute will be opened.

     Buyers with Zero or ANY RECENT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK must email before bidding or your bids will be cancelled. Sorry no Exceptions. Sorry if this seems harsh but do to a rash of non-paying bidders in the last few months I've had to be a little more strict with my auctions.
