WARRANTEE
This welder comes with a THREE YEAR Limited Warranty. During the 1st year we will repair or replace, at our discretion (and with no labor charge) any defective parts (excluding consumables.) After the 1st year (and until the end of the 3rd year) we will repair or replace, at our discretion, internal electronic components with no labor charge. We accept all forms of PayPal payment, and in addition, we accept money orders and personal checks. Please note that if you are paying by personal check, the merchandise will not be shipped until the check clears our bank.
We accept all major credit cards via our PayPal business account. You need not worry about having a PayPal account yourself - we can send you a PayPal e-mail invoice which you can then pay with your credit card (it's extremely easy.)
International customers will also be responsible for any customs, taxes, and importing fees.
RETURNS
No returns are accepted except for warranty work (which we happily do.) We recommend that you save the original shipping box and packing materials in the (very unlikely) event the unit needs to be shipped for service. If there is a problem with the unit, let us know and we will send an RA number.
SHIPPING AND OTHER DETAILS
SHIPPING & Handling charges are based on your location,please check the shipping calculator or ask us for a quote before you place a bid. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada orders are shipped with an additional $45 shipping fee. All other locales please ask for a shipping quote before buying.
We process orders and ship Monday thru Friday (excluding Holidays.) Please note that we only ship AFTER payment has been confirmed. We also DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO's.
We normally ship via UPS, and once we ship, we they email a tracking number to you. Please be aware that the number will not show any activity until later in the evening after pick-up.
