GIBSON SG JR.1967 Vintage Original Excellent Condition!

Up for no reserve auction is a Rare 1967 Gibson SG JR. in original excellent condition!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Gibson 1967 SG JR. is 100% original condition with No Breaks, Cracks, or Repairs. The only issue is someone removed the vibrato tailpiece a long time ago. It actually plays better without it but they can easily be had from any vintage parts guy or a reissue part could be used. The tuning keys were also replaced with Grovers which are a great improvement over the open back tuners. The cherry nitro finish is in nice condition and unfaded but there is a lot of lacquer checking which is normal for a guitar of this age. Some of the photos I took with a flash over emphasis the checking, it doesn't stand out as much in person.  The neck is straight and the truss rod works as it should. The guitar plays and sounds great with no issues. All electronics are original and untouched. This is a great example of this model SG and comes with its original hard fiber case in good condition. The serial number is 700xxx which makes it a 1967 model. This guitar was one of the last ones to receive the early 60's pickguard before Gibson started using the larger batwing pickguards from 1968 and on. If you are in the market for a great sounding P90 vintage guitar made with the best Honduras Mahogany and a Brazilian fretboard tone woods, that won't break the bank look no further. 1967 is one of the last great years for neck shapes and SG's. I will hate to see this guitar go!
