Payment is expected immediately for "Buy It Now" store items and within 3 days for auction items. If you can't do this please contact me. If no response after 7 days a non-paying bidder claim will be filed, the transaction canceled, the item relisted, and you WILL receive an unpaid item strike. If it gets to this point, there is no legitimate reason for you to not have at least contacted me, so please don't give some lame response to the claim like your "browser crashed" or your dog ate your computer just to avoid an unpaid item strike. If you pay then, not much I can do, but if not just be honest with yourself and take responsibility for your actions. It's not my fault you didn't pay or respond for 7 days and unless your house blew up or your dog had an uncontrollable craving for plastic and lead the moment you went to click on the pay button, you have no excuse. As a rule, if you are not 100% committed to paying for an item the moment you buy it, or at most within 3 days, then do us both a favor and just don't bid. If something comes up and you need a few more days, just tell me, no big deal, but not responding until a claim has been filed if at all is not cool.

Domestic Shipping/Tracking: NO LOCAL PICK-UP. All items are shipped USPS with Delivery Confirmation within 1-3 business days after payment. Paying immediately does not mean I will ship immediately so please be patient. 1-3 days means 1-3 days. You can be mad at me on the 4th day. You will automatically be notified your item has been shipped. Delivery Confirmation is not "tracking", it is a confirmation of delivery so don't be confused when you check the USPS website and all it says is a "label has been created" on a certain day. This means your item has been shipped on that day-guaranteed. If it gets scanned along the way before delivery that's a bonus, but don't count on it. Your DC # can be found in the "order details" of the auction by logging into your eBay account. I do not use customer UPS or FedEX shipping accounts so please do not ask. DO NOT buy something and THEN ask me if I can ship it out same day next day air or same day. 99.9% chance the answer will be no. Insurance is recommended but not required and as such the seller is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen mail.

International Shipping: I do not ship motherboards, hard drives, or any item valued at over $100 outside the U.S.. All items shipped to foreign buyers are shipped USPS Priority mail or EMS -no exceptions. As a rule I will try to ship to Canada whenever possible, but if not stated in the auction ask before bidding. Other countries I will consider shipping to on a case by case basis. Not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen mail.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs include handling, delivery confirmation, transportation, and packing materials and are not negotiable. I will always do my best to combine shipping, but please ask first if you have any questions or concerns as not all items are the same.

Guarantees: Unless stated otherwise, all items are guaranteed not to be DOA for 7 days after delivery, but are otherwise sold "AS IS". This excludes DOA as a result of damage during shipping or user error. Shipping is non-refundable. Technical support:Compatibility, set-up and installation is the express responsibility of the buyer before and after purchase. I am happy to help if you get in a jam, but please take the effort upon yourself first. One word: Google. In the rare event there is a technical problem, unless the item is new and under factory warranty, I am your customer support so please do not contact any one else for technical support or leave less than positive feedback before contacting me first otherwise this may void your Atomic Overload warranty and return status. 99.9% of the time the problem is simple user error and can be solved easily.

Probability of Defect: As you can tell by my feedback, I am a volume seller of new and used computer components and have sold several thousand items on eBay. I have maybe 4-5 returns a year that turn out to actually be DOA, and even then at least a few of those were probably the result of user error. With this in mind, please understand that the item you have purchased has a less than 1% chance of actually being defective when you receive it, so DO NOT ASSUME JUST BECAUSE YOU CANNOT GET IT TO WORK IT IS DOA. Obviously this is not impossible, but I promise you it is highly unlikely and odds are the problem is either compatibility, user error, or at worst just plain bad luck. What I can guarantee you it is NOT, is that some evil power seller with a big fat perfect (knock on wood) rating has lied to you or is out to screw you. If you are one of the lucky less than 1%, then just be cool and understand that I will take care of it. Stuff happens. Items new out of the box probably have the same % of defect as what I sell, so unfortunately this is the risk we all take and part of the joy of computing. If you can't live with this reality then you probably shouldn't be buying used computer components off of eBay. But if you do stick around, you have come to the right place.

Returns/RMA: You must contact me first to receive RMA approval. I do not accept returns without troubleshooting first so do not send me a one line e-mail saying "this is DOA I want my money back". All items are marked with security labels and if tampered with or removed your warranty will be void and no refund given-no exceptions. What your skill level is or what you think it is is completely irrelevant to me so just be cool and tell me what the problem is in detail. I am an expert and am here to help. I do not send replacements or give refunds without the original being returned first -no exceptions so do not ask. Refunds/exchanges given for DOA items only with the buyer responsible for mandatory return shipping. Please do not tell me it is defective when its not just for me to take a return. You are only wasting my time and making yourself look bad. In certain cases I will make exceptions to this rule, just be honest and don't jack me around. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days after delivery.

Buyer Conduct/Feedback: By purchasing this item you agree to contact me first and allow me to resolve any dispute in accordance with the auction rules you have agreed to by purchasing this item before leaving anything less than positive feedback. If you wouldn't talk to me like that to my face then don't write it that way in an e-mail. As you can see by my feedback, I am an honest, hard working individual and stand by my product so if this isn't good enough for you then please do not bid on my items. A successful transaction has been completed when the buyer has left positive feedback in which I will gladly do the same. If you can't comprehend this then all I can say to you is wake up to my e-mails every day for a week and I promise you you will understand why positive FB just for paying is an insult to those buyers who truly deserve it. If all a buyer had to do was pay to get positive FB then eBay would give it themselves, not the seller.
