SHIPPING INFORMATION:

·          We only ship within the United States. 

·          WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL.

·          No APO/FPO shipments will be made.

·          Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam buyers add $2 to the Shipping Cost. 

·           PUERTO RICO  BUYERS MUST HAVE A VALID USPS VERIFIED AND APPROVED ADDRESS.  

·          Buyer must pay with US Currency.   We do NOT accept Foreign Currency.   Buyer is responsible for paying exchange rate conversion to US Currency if Foreign Currency is used.

·          We will not ship to Non-Confirmed PayPal addresses.  Confirm your address in PayPal prior to purchase.  Follow E-Bay instructions on how to Confirm your Address.  If you do not want to confirm your address with E-Bay, then we can only ship to you with an acceptable payment.

·          Orders valued over $250 will require Signature Confirmation as well as Delivery Confirmation.

·          We ship Monday-Friday.  Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will ship on the first or second regular business day.  Allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing.

·          Shipments are with USPS, unless otherwise stated. 

·          All items are subject to prior sale if payment is not received with order

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:

·          Seller is NOT responsible for shipping damage if insurance is not purchased;

·          Buyer has 5 days from date of order to make payment via an acceptable payment method.  After 5 days inventory will be released to stock;

·          Shipping damage is to be reported within 3 days of receipt of product, photographs taken and shipping box or wrapping to be retained;

·          All sales are final;

·          Buyer to inspect product prior to any assembly. Buyer should test electronics prior to assembly.  Once product is assembled there is no exchange or refund;

·          Cancellations prior to shipment are subject to a 20% cancellation charge;

·          We will exchange only if the product is totally defective, Seller reserves the right to replace defective parts rather than exchange the Product.  Seller reserves the right to have the defective part(s) returned prior to replacement part(s) being shipped;

·          Report any defects within 5 days upon receipt of the product;

·          If product should be returned, Buyer has up to 5 days from date of to return once a Return Material Authorization (RMA) is issued.  Product must be returned in its original and unused condition.  RMA instructions will be issued if return is authorized;

·          Buyer agrees to pay all return shipping and handling fees in the event of an exchange;

·          Seller is not responsible for any damages from wear and tear or crashes with Buyer usage.  Buyer owns product once product has been used;

This radio control model is not a toy and is not suitable for children under 14 years of age.  Keep this RC product away from children.  Carefully read the instructions before any use.  If you are a beginner, it is advisable to be assisted by an experienced RC user.  (we do not recommend our products for beginners).
