Each ring starts with a hand-selected circulated coin from decades past – all made of silver -- and under the guiding eyes of craftsmen with years of ring-forming experience, your coin is magically shaped from the flat, to the round, retaining all the coin's individual characteristics from dings and nicks, and sized perfectly to your finger. The surface highlights are polished leading to this handsome design.
Available Ring Sizes: Size 8 to Size 13. Sorry, smaller sizes are not available.
The process is a time consuming process, but still only takes a couple days to finish. Do allow 2½ to 3 weeks from beginning of order until delivery to any USA address. Do not order if you need item sooner without contacting The Coin Ring Store first.

It is formed from one piece, with no cutting or soldering used in the process. The craftsmen form, size, and finish in several sequential time-consuming procedures, transforming the flat coin into a 3-D ring like that pictured ABOVE.
See how the craftsmen focused the forming to highlight the date on to the finished ring. And all the reverse side details from the coin's perimeter engraving remains intact.
Each has a tapered inner shape from the reeded edge (narrow side) to the opposite side (flared).See the details that remain after the forming. Your coin ring look is double sided. Both the date, and the inside/reverse coin engraving are readable. Unlike hammer-and-tapping process that flattens the outside of the ring (hence, flat, smooth, & unreadable), this ring has both sides of the coin visible. The careful forming and craftsmanship also allows the coin’s perimeter to remain like the original coin -- the actual reeded edges now one of the rings edge! Your coin will show the date on the outside of the ring when it is worn.

- If a dime passes through the opening in a ring you have tightly, the ring is a 7.5.
- if a penny passes through the ring opening tightly, the ring is a 9.5.
- If a nickel passes through the ring opening tightly, the ring is an 11.5.
- Of course, these are approximates.
Example: If a dime passes through your ring loosely, but a penny will not go through, your ring is around a size 8-9.
