· Photos: To save time listing our large inventory, we often use stock photos. Tie dyed, stone and wood colors may vary. Because soapstone varies from light tan to reddish brown, the colors of soapstone products may vary from the photos. If you want a picture of the exact color of your soapstone item, please email in advance.
· Be Green: We recycle packing materials, newspaper and boxes, and do our part to save the planet, and lower shipping costs. Please do the same!
· International Shipping: International buyers please email for shipping rates PRIOR to bid or purchase if they are not listed. I keep them as low as possible, but please ask first. There is no free shipping on international orders. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
· Return Policy: 14 day return policy on all clothing, must be in original shipped condition, with tags attached where applicable, new and unworn. Other items returnable for credit or refund less shipping with prior authorization only. All items are personally inspected before shipping for quality. Body jewelry, perfumes, oils and earrings can not be returned due to health reasons.
