A copy of your valid State Issued Photo ID with a copy or imprint of the credit card will be required. No exceptions.   • Payments made by Pay Pal will be shipped after 7 days. We will ship your product only after funds have been deposited into our bank account. If for any reason Pay Pal freezes our account, we will be unable to provide refund. All items paid through Pay Pal will be shipped only to Pay Pal confirmed addresses.

  • All others will have to send Cashier's Checks or Money Order. They should be made out to "Adamas India Inc.". Please send them through Registered Mail/Certified Mail with signature confirmation/return receipt. We will email you as soon as payment has been cleared. Also provide us with your shipping address. We do not accept personal checks.

  • 7 % sales tax is applied to all NJ residents.



  • We ship worldwide unless otherwise specified in the listing. Buyers are responsible for all import duties such as customs, VAT, etc.

  • Items are usually shipped within 3 business days after payment has been processed. Payments by PayPal take 7 days.

  • Shipping Insurance is Optional. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurace, since this enables us to replace your item for FREE incase of loss in transit. Without shipping insurance, replacement piece can be requested at the full purchase price + shipping fees. All items are 3rd party insured. Our insurance company requires the customer's telephone number. Please provide us with your telephone number.

  • A tracking number will be provided as soon as the item has been shipped.

  • Please contact us in advance regarding your shipping requirements if you have any special deadlines to meet. We will try our best to accomodate your needs.

  • Most items are shipped within 24 hours of payment clearance. Special Order items will require 10 - 15 business days.



  • If you want to return your item - Please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.

  • Damaged goods MUST be reported within seven/7 business days of receipt or we cannot honor the claim. If you receive an item that is not as described, kindly contact us by email or phone for return authorization within seven/7 days of receipt.

  • No returns will be entertained after the timeframe mentioned in the item's description.

  • All merchandise which are returned must be in the original condition. If the item description states that this merchandise is a clearance or closeout item, then it is offered in "AS-IS" condition. Only a limited amount of modifications can be done to that item.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping. We will be glad to give instructions on how to best pack your returns.

  • Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Adamas India Inc.), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

  • We give you the option of Credit towards New Purchase or Moneyback on returns.
