What is RCI?

RCI is the world’s first and largest timeshare vacations exchange group with millions of members that exchange over 3,700 different resorts around the world with each other.

How does it work?

You deposit your Week or Points for a given year into their pool or BANK and then you request a week at any of their 3,700 resorts. You get your selection based on availability and how early you deposit your week ahead of time. The resort that you deposit can also effect your selection or TRADING POWER.

What is TRADING POWER?

TRADING POWER is an “owner term” that many timeshare owners use to describe influence their particular week has on the outcome of a request. RCI has a ranking system within their resorts and a GOLD CROWN will always have the best trading power. Bottom line: If you own a resort that RCI considers a GOLD CROWN, you not only own a resort that millions of other owners consider to be the most elite and attractive; when trading, you will almost certainly get what you want, when you want it if the request is made with reasonable notice.

GOLD CROWN is the highest award or ranking class given to an RCI resort. It is recognized by millions of other owners around the world and within all trading networks as a premium resort.
