GOLD Grain Goatskin leather hide, Suede on the back side that is quite clear and therefore usable.

1.75 to 2 oz weight thickness (from .7 mm to .8 thickness), this is the pictured hide at 4.5 square feet.
WHAT THE PICTURE DOES NOT SHOW:
It has no holes, the hide beautifully clear and you should be able to use all of it. Very uniform color.
Measurements on the hide are: 26" long, 17.5" wide at the narrowest part of the hide and 26" across the butt end.

  This hide has very little stretch and is extremely soft and flexible (the back almost feels like chamois).
