1.
How long before I have to pay for an item?
Generally
we would like to receive payment within 2 weeks of the auction close.
However, many of our customers purchase multiple items and want to bid
on other items, so no we're generally relaxed when it comes to payment.
However, if we haven't heard from you for a month, we will probably file
non-paying bidder alert.
2.
Do you charge sales tax?
We
do not charge any additional taxes or fees unless listed in the auction.
The only exception: Guitars and Instruments sold to Canadian customers are subject to 7%GST due to their higher price.
3.
Do you accept credit card payments over the phone?
At
this time we do not accept credit card payments over the phone, only through
Paypal. Paypal is more secure, safer, and easier than processing manually.
4.
Can I pick up my item?
We
do not allow for local pickup, due to insurance and legal reasons.
5.
Can I have my item shipped to a different address?
We will ship to the address you have provided to ebay. In some circumstances we may be able to accomodate.
6.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes,
we combine shipping only on items that are paid for at the same time. You'll
only pay for one shipping cost, no matter how many items you purchase.
To take advantage of this, wait until all the items you want have ended,
then we'll send you a combined shipping invoice with the totals on it.
7.
How do you calculate shipping costs?
Shipping
costs are based on an average, which makes the calculation much simpler.
Actual shipping may be more or less, depending on your location. Generally
International shipping costs are double the US/Canada rate. Please check
the individual auction for exact rates.
8.
Why hasn't my item arrived yet?
All
items do take 9 to 14 BUSINESS days to arrive, to Canada or USA, which does not include weekends or holidays (up to 8 weeks for international orders). Please do not email us regarding your item before this! If your item has not arrived within this time, then email us. We cannot issue any refunds or replacement before this.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Yes,
we can ship to almost any address!
10.
Can I get a tracking number?
We
do not give tracking numbers with our orders, as they are all shipped
through postal service (except for some larger items) If you require a
tracking number, there is an additional charge of $9.00, which you can
add at checkout. Tracking is NOT available on international orders, but they are guaranteed to arrive.
11.
How can I reach you by phone?
You
can phone us during regular business hours, however we prefer email and
your questions will be answered quicker if you email us. Our phone number
is available after purchasing your item.
12.
Where are you located?
We
are located in Sherwood Park, AB, Canada. We are Canada's largest online guitar
parts/music store.
