Can I pay with a personal cheque?
Yes,
we accept personal cheques, however, you must allow up to 21 days for
the cheque to clear before we ship to you. All other methods of payment
will ship when payment is received.

How long before I have to pay for an item?
Generally
we would like to receive payment within 2 weeks of the auction close.
However, many of our customers purchase multiple items and want to bid
on other items, so no we're generally relaxed when it comes to payment.
However, if we haven't heard from you for a month, we will probably file
non-paying bidder alert.
3.
How do I pay for my purchase?
Simply
use the Ebay checkout. Once you've purchased an item, you will receive
an email from us requesting payment. Simply follow the steps in the email.
4.
Do you charge sales tax?
We
do not charge any additional taxes or fees unless listed in the auction.
The only exception: Guitars and Instruments sold to Canadian customers are subject to 7%GST due to their higher price.
5.
Do you accept credit card payments over the phone?
At
this time we do not accept credit card payments over the phone, only through
Paypal. Paypal is more secure, safer, and easier than processing manually.
6.
Can I pick up my item?
We
do not allow for local pickup, due to insurance and legal reasons.

Can I have my item shipped quicker?
Yes,
please email us for a quote at axejeff@hotmail.com
for rush shipping.
8.
Can I have my item shipped to a different address?
Yes, but arrangements must be made PRIOR TO BIDDING! No exceptions!
Also, we may refuse to do this for larger items or if you have bad
or no feedback history.
9.
I've received my item damaged. What do I do?
We
professionally package all of our items to avoid damage. However, this
can still happen, and we'll deal with these on a case by case basis. Please email

for instructions regarding damaged items.

What is your return policy?
We're
sure that you'll be thrilled with your Chopper's Music experience! In
fact, we guarantee it! If for any reason you want to return an item, please
email us at axejeff@hotmail.com
for an RA# within 7 days of receipt of your item. We'll gladly refund,
replace, or exchange your item for another. Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if negative feedback is given.

Where is the Buy It Now on an item?
Once
a starting bid has been placed on an item, the Buy It Now option dissappears.
Check our ebay store for the same item with a Buy It Now.
12.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes,
we combine shipping only on items that are paid for at the same time. You'll
only pay for one shipping cost, no matter how many items you purchase.
To take advantage of this, wait until all the items you want have ended,
then we'll send you a combined shipping invoice with the totals on it.
13.
How do you calculate shipping costs?
Shipping
costs are based on an average, which makes the calculation much simpler.
Actual shipping may be more or less, depending on your location. Generally
International shipping costs are double the US/Canada rate. Please check
the individual auction for exact rates.
14.
Why hasn't my item arrived yet?
All
items do take 9 to 14 BUSINESS days to arrive, to Canada or USA, which does not include weekends or holidays (up to 8 weeks for international orders). Please do not email us regarding your item before this! If your item has not arrived within this time, then email us. We cannot issue any refunds or replacement before this.
15.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Yes,
we can ship to almost any address!
16.
Can I get a tracking number?
We
do not give tracking numbers with our orders, as they are all shipped
through postal service (except for some larger items) If you require a
tracking number, there is an additional charge of $9.00, which you can
add at checkout. Tracking is NOT available on international orders, but they are still insured and guaranteed to arrive.
17.
Can I change the color after I've won the auction?
Generally
no, as each item color has a different code and often a different price.
If we have it in stock, it will be listed in our ebay store.
18.
How can I reach you by phone?
You
can phone us during regular business hours, however we prefer email and
your questions will be answered quicker if you email us. Our phone number
is available after purchasing your item.
19.
What is Extreme Quality?
Extreme
Quality means the items you are purchasing from Chopper's Music have been
carefully chosen and are guaranteed to be of the highest quality in craftsmanship,
design, reliability and playability. If an item does not meet our standards,
we won't sell it, and if it doesn't exceed your standards, we'll refund
your purchase in full (see our Satisfaction Guarantee
policy)
