We no longer have an Actual Retail Store so EVERYTHING we list is SECONDARY MARKET hence this listing is an AUCTION as such, ALL items are sold AS IS and is a FINAL SALE. It is the responsibility of all prospective bidders to ask for or obtain a condition report {if not provided or further information than what is described above is needed} before bidding to determine its condition, size, and whether or not it has been restored. All emails will be answered as quickly and as accurately as possible. Additionally, we will no longer use descriptions as Mint, Perfect, etc... since not only does everyone differ in the definition of those descriptions but anything mass produced is not ever really MINT. Many of our listings are in Brand New condition from the huge inventory of our now defunct retail store or as duplicates of a personal collection {although we occassionally list consignment pieces}. Most items will be in either Brand New or As New condition with the difference being that "Brand New" will mean that it was either never removed from the original box/packaging; 'possibly' removed upon original inspection; to take pictures or New Inventory but Old Stock etc.. and "As New" will mean that the item was either on Display periodically {usually meaning seasonal items} or inside an Enclosed Display case with no Known damage. NONE of these items were ever Used for anything other than a display, never Played with, Worn etc... unless otherwise stated.
