We will ship every item that we sell in the United States using USPS or FedEx.

For Shipping outside the Continental United States

We limit our shipping to small packages. That is, no dress forms, sewing machines, paper, or any other large item.

Combined Shipping

As of  01/01/09 we no longer offer combined shipping, due to a very high number of unpaid items.

Multiple Items Shipping

Shipping is calculated based in weight and distance, in the event you buy multiple quantity of an item this rule will apply and our eBay calculator is able to calculate the final shipping charge for you.

Shipping Insurance is recommended.

The way USPS and FedEx handles your package is beyond our responsibilities, therefore they become responsible for your packages once they take your package from our shipping departments.

International Shipping

We limit our shipping The United States of America only; we do not  ship any longer internationally. No exceptions.

RETURN POLICY:

Atlas Levy's return policy allows for Products purchased directly from Atlas Levy to be returned by you after obtaining an Atlas Levy return authorization number (RMA) during the 10 day period following date of shipment by Atlas Levy for a refund of purchase price actually paid less shipping charges. Manuals and Software are non-returnable items. We will not issue a refund on any CD, DVD, or software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify Customer Service within 3 days. The RMA number may be obtained by calling Atlas Levy's Customer Support at 1-800-216-9128, and must be noted on the outside of the returned Product's container. Products must be returned in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Damage and missing part restocking fees will apply. RMAs are valid for only 10 days from issuance.. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Atlas Levy. If you return Product to Atlas Levy (i) without a RMA from Atlas Levy or (ii) beyond the 10 day issuance period, or (iii) without proper packaging, Atlas Levy retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% restocking fee.
