Return Policy:

We would be glad to extend a return policy to all serious bidders upon receiving the veil at your location. When you receive the veil, you will need to email us within the first 24 hours to state if you will be keeping or returning it. If returning it, the veil needs to be shipped back by UPS, Fedex or USPS insured and be received by us within 5 to 7 business days in the same condition as it was sent. Once we receive the veil back we inspect it and, if in the same condition as the veil was sent to you, we refund the price of the veil only. The shipping to you and from you will not be refunded only the cost of the veil. If we do not hear from you within the first 24 hours of receiving the veil, we will consider the veil satisfactory and no returns/refunds would be accepted.
