This auction is for a particular hair replacement that has already been manufactured. The specifications listed must meet your requirements for satisfaction to occur. Please do not bid if you are expecting alterations, haircutting, coloring, additional or less hair and any other services. We are contracting to deliver the item described in this auction. We will issue an appropriate refund for ANY reason you return the unit AS LONG AS IT IS IN THE SAME condition as it was when we sent it.
In some cases we are willing to provide additional services, but in all of these cases, there will be an appropriate charge for these services. However, ANY change to the unit’s specification that are authorized by the buyer render the unit unfit for return. IS THERE A SPECIAL ALLOWANCE FOR SHIPMENTS TO CANADA?
Yes.  eBay doesn't allow sellers to differentiate between Canadian buyers and the rest of the world but there is a better post office situation.  Make your choice but do not pay until we invoice you.  Contact info@thegayergroup.com and choose one of the two: 1- (RECOMMENDED) EXPRESS MAIL - $23.00 insured with tracking.   2- AIR MAIL - $9 - NO INSURANCE or TRACKING, but proof of shipment can be furnished.   Note, if you choose Air Mail, we cannot make a claim or guarantee delivery.

Will you reduce the size of the base for me and what is the cost?
We will reduce the size of the base FREE of charge.  If you wish this to be done, you must include the measurements WITH YOUR PAYMENT.  The measurements must be within the following parameters.  Width must be no small than 4" and length must be no smaller than 5".  Please note that whether we reduce the base or you do it, this will make the unit ineligible for return.  You may want to consider receiving the unit in new condition, requesting instructions on how to reduce the base and do it yourself, or return it for us to do it.  It is really simple to accomplish.

Is it possible to for a person that is not bald to wear this unit.? My hairline is so thin and missing hair in spots. The middle and back hair is fine.
The purpose of the lace unit is to allow the scalp to show through.  This allows the hair replacement to appear as if it is growing out of the scalp.  If you put the lace unit onto a scalp with hair, this illusion is defeated.  My "first time" clients usually wear the unit for a few days with the hair combed forward to get comfortable.  When they are ready, they will ask to have the head shaved.  It is a big step, ESPECIALLY for a woman.  These lace front units are not for FASHION. They are for women with a hair problem.  If you style your hair forward, you do not need a lace unit (but you could still use it).

What happens if I don't want it after I see it (not reading this does not relieve buyer of accountability)? 
Use the return form that is sent with each shipment.  Please understand there is an 20% restocking fee less s/h.  There are no exceptions, please don't ask.  All units must be cleaned and prepared for the next purchaser.  No exchange is permitted.  Each return will be have its own refund for good record keeping.  If you see another auction you wish to purchase, it will be handled as a separate transaction.  ANY change made to the unit in size, coloring, by you makes your purchase ineligible for return.  ANY CHANGE REQUESTED TO THE UNIT BEING SENT TO YOU (re-sizing, coloring, permanent wave, etc.) will render your purchase ineligible for return. RETURNS MUST BE SENT OUT FROM THE BUYER WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT. 

When should you expect delivery?
(Shipment is made in 3 business days or sooner) We ship EVERY TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY.  If your payment arrives prior to 9am on the day of shipment, your order will go out that day.  As for ARRIVAL time, this is governed by 3 considerations.  Your proximity to Delaware.  The second is the method you choose on check out.  Standard (1st class) is usually 2-10 days.  Priority mail should arrive in 2-3 days.  Express Mail is 1 day for most metropolitan cities and 2 days for some locations.  Please understand that the seller is only responsible for a timely shipment and not the carrier's delivery time.
East Coast flat rate standard shipments usually require 2-5 days from shipment day.
West Coast, Alaska & Hawaii usually require 4-7 days from shipment day.  
Outside USA Airmail 5-7 days from shipment days but may take longer. 
Outside USA Global Express 3-5 days from shipment days but may take longer. 
International FedEx takes about 5 business days  Actual Delivery Day is not guaranteed by seller.

FOR QUICK DELIVERY - After receiving a cleared payment we try to ship the same or  next day but we PROMISE to ship within 3 business days (this doesn't include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays).  On check out, if you select and pay additional for PRIORITY MAIL or EXPRESS SHIPPING every effort will be made to ship the same or next day.  AFTER you have paid for standard shipping we cannot honor a request for expidited shipping. 

How do I make a claim?
If you paid by PayPal, we will maintain your records. If you paid by another method, please submit your email address, eBay id, method of payment with your claim.   ALL CLAIMS FOR NON DELIVERY MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE YOU WERE NOTIFIED THAT YOUR SHIPMENT WAS SENT.

Can I ship to a different address?
Yes, BUT: To be in compliance with eBay and PayPal seller rules, seller can only ship to the address provided for in the PayPal payment.  IF BUYER indicates WITH PAYPAL payment (not a separate email) we will ship to the address requested.  Otherwise shipment will be sent to the address of record.  It is the buyer's responsibility to retrieve any shipment sent to the address the buyer provides.

What about Duty for OUT OF USA shipment?
US law requires declaring the value of merchandise.  Check your individual government's regulations concerning the importing hair and what the duty will be.  Any request to declare the item as a gift, which of course, it is not, will not be met.
