Extremely rare and gorgeous pair of French Art Deco Barrel Chairs in Sumptuous Peacock Velvet

A  striking and exceptionally elegant pair, with gracefully sloping backs - a fantastic example of fine Art Deco design


Both chairs with buillion fringe, and beautiful embroidered details on seats. Both chairs measure 36" tall at the highest point of the back, 23" inches tall at the lowest point, and 29.5" across the seat. Repaired tear to velvet on the back of one chair, stuffing protruding a bit on bottom of other,  2" section of fringe slightly detached on one (nothing that can not be easily repaired) -still, a truly beautiful and unusual pair that you will not see anywhere else!

These items are available for pick-up, otherwise you must arrange for shipping yourself. If you would like these items shipped, we can recommend some art/antiques shippers who can handle it for you, but we regrettably are not able to arrange and charge for the shipping directly.
