We ship with USPS and UPS. Bidders located inside the United States please go to the bottom right corner of this auction and enter your zip code to calculate shipping charges. Shipping is via USPS Mail or UPS Ground. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Please be aware that we observe most national holidays and therefore you may see a slight delay in processing your orders around holidays. Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days after payment is recieved.
You will recieve a tracking number notification email on the day your item is shipped. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address that is associated with your ebay or paypal accounts.
International buyers, please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges. We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment.
Combined shipping is done at the sellers discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.
Seller is not responsible for any item during shipping so we strongly encourage bidders to purchase shipping insurance, especially items over $100.00.
Any item over $250 will be shipped with a required Signature Confirmation.

Our Warranty: 30 days from receipt of goods. Guaranteed against DOA and defect. This is a limited warranty: we do not guarantee compatibility with your software and/or hardware. Satisfaction Guaranteed against defect, or your money back! If we cannot replace the item, we will refund your money.
Return Policy: If the item has a problem, you may send the unit back within 30 days of reciept. We will replace the item or refund the full purchase price less shipping and handling.
You first have to contact us to receive an RMA number by indicating the reason for returning the item. We will not return any shipping cost. Buyer pays any and all shipping costs.
