Option 1.
Ambertracks™ Technology Inc. (Ambertracks) is seeking seed and operating capital from private Angel investors in the amount of $5,000,000 per year for 3 years in order to develop and market its’ patent of a high quality Global Position (GPS) product/service that focuses on the growing public and government interest in personal and asset safety, tracking & behavior monitoring. This funding amount is intended to allow the company to quickly secure a strong position in a competitive marketplace. The opportunities for matching this rapidly improving technology to multiple proprietary types of applications are particularly exciting – strong revenues and significant profits are anticipated, even in the short to medium term future. Funding will be spent on the development and marketing of a portable and rechargeable transmitter GPS module in the form of a wristwatch called “Ambertrax™ ” packaged with a receiver/transmitter PDA. We will also purchase a powerful satellite decoder super computer infrastructure that will be able to host millions of simultaneous GPS singles and be able to handle large subcontracted accounts (Nextel, AT&T, Cingular, etc).
Viable Four-Phase Marketing Summary
Phase I
This is a period of “Direct Response Advertising” (DRA) then 2,3, & 5 (consecutively) sales reps will unfold the marketing campaigns. We will start off with: Emails, faxes, broadcastings, press releases & local infomercials for the New York Metro and surrounding areas. These will be pitch-oriented using hard sell techniques. We will have a host and hostess describing the device and very emotional testimonials. Local stations will also pick up PSA’s (public service announcements). News worthy media attention will also be sought after for public recognition status all overseen by a PR representative. Once a ROI base line has been established (10-12 months) through smaller DRA’s, phase II will begin. All phases will be constructed on a micro and macro level and utilized where and when most advantageous.
Phase II
Strategy will be to tackle both marketing and advertising on a much larger scale: DRA. Direct measures include: (1.) Trade shows, business and personal expos and attractions (carnivals, theme parks, camps, day cares, circus, and other events) to give public awareness alerting of child abductions. (2.) QVC TV, and a broader reach for infomercials will set the stage for a national campaign (phase III).
Phase III
Based on the results of phases I & II, measuring the effectiveness of campaigns, which will allow us to optimize and maximize results for a strategic National campaign.
After 16-18 months we will evaluate to continue on our own or to partner with a national company such as Hearst Corporation, Hewlett Packard, or Quallcom. We will provide them with a 12 month track record for our ROI (return on investment) advertising. Upon contractual agreement we will begin our National campaign & begin phase IV’s department’s briefings.
Phase IV
This will involve the procurement of Government contracts. We will register with the Department Of Defense (DoD), and General Service Administration (GSA) for subcontracting opportunities with Major Prime Contractors. Over $80 billion was awarded in 2007 by DoD to Prime Contractors, who in turn subcontracted out more than 40 % of those awards. Phase IV could very well be our largest source of bulk sales. As part of Phase IV we will be marketing to law enforcement, F.E.M.A., hospitals, Transit & Port Authority, cruise ships, and other large procurers. All four phases have already begun with research and P.O.C. (points of contacts) established and each phase will begin its’ strategies and plan of attack six month prior to inception. As sad as it may seem, we will also be targeting advertisements in high profile media stories such as kidnappings, rapes, murders, natural disasters, etc. to public, private and Gov’t sectors.

Option 2.
Profit Vs NFP
As a second option to go a NFP not-for-profit route I just applied for a license with Nevada that will take the same approach, but not as a module (wristwatch) tracking device apparatus, rather just a mothodology of that being a "service" for the same start up cost and more refined focus.
The $2,000,000.00 minimum will be spent on acquiring our mobile command center RV (2010 Renegade Ikon) with the GPS infrastructure server installed for land and mobile uses to decode and display transmitted GPS singles. This will be our service oriented catalyst “service” pre-emptive launch into merchandise sales. Redundancy and working capital will be focused upon the fact that this is a business surrounded by the public eye and political agendas where scrutiny, status and always being a part of many layers of associations, campaigning’s, lobbying and industrial recognition are on ongoing process.
Part of the reason behind my putting this on Ebay is to raise the awareness of just how dangerous our children really have it from sexual predators just by merely going to school.Now depending upon the nature of a predators crime, once let out on parole some states are mandating that they wear a GPS monitoring bracelet at all times as a part of the condition of there parole.This is monitored by there probation officer, but to only a mild extent.And of course there are your rights activists claiming this is a violation of ones rights.For now we will not get into that argument of weighing a child’s safety over a convicted predator’s rights that is on the loose to prey again on children.What I will urge you to do is to type in your area code on John Walsh’s web site www.familywatchdog.us from Americas Most Wanted TV show and be prepared to be disgusted at the amount of “convicted” predators in your area.Now keep in mind these are only the ones caught.Now to aid in this solution is just “ONE” of my claims on my GPS patent which is to encompass every school in the United States with an invisible GPS fence with a proximity warning should a predator come within a certain distance of that school.We will also modify the infrastructures software to study the “behavior / history” patterns of all predators to give a warning should they display stalking / suspicious behaviors. Our intensions here are to get the Dept of Ed and Dept of Justice (via lobbist) behind us on this project in taking yet another step towards giving our children a better experience of getting an education.The world is already a difficult enough place to grow up in and fit in without having to worry about being raped or murdered going to or from school.$2Million will buy us our infrastructure to communicate and decode GPS satellite singles, staff to monitor it 24/7, marketing campaigns, working capital and redundancy for one year.
