- SHIPPING/HANDLING: Continental US Ground UPS shipping estimated - all other areas and expedited shipping methods served and quoted upon request. Will combine shipping. Tracking number of package will be emailed upon shipment. Products ship from various locations, FOB: shipping point. Most stock items ship within 1-5 business days from receipt of payment. Items may be custom created upon demand and may take additional time. We are rush order specialists and can make almost any required delivery date! If needed for a specific event, the required delivery date must be noted on the original order or emailed separately (you must obtain confirmation from Sand Scripts). If expedited shipping/rush production is required, it will be invoiced. - SAMPLE: To request another image of the product, a sample swatch of the material or ink color as applicable to the above product, simply send a self addressed stamped envelope (must include appropriate first class return postage) along with your request to Sand Scripts, Sample Request, POB 543, Brielle, NJ 08730 USA. All sample requests must be made in writing.
- COLOR: color is very subjective. If product/imprint color is of utmost importance to you, you must request a sample or color swatch prior to final sale purchase. Actual products may vary in color from sample and dye lots provided. Colors will vary between printers / monitors. Sand Scripts is not responsible for color matching.
- TERMS: Order constitutes acceptance of terms/policies. All pricing in US dollars. NJ orders subject to applicable sales tax, all other taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Final Sale purchase on all products. Condition of the product is "new" unless otherwise indicated in special field above. Any claims regarding shipping or imprint error, shipping claim or shortage must be received in writing within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Retail pricing only.
