S&H is a flat $2.54 for single or multiple items with FREE insurance. To qualify for this special discount, all items must be paid for in a single payment, shipped at the same time to the same U.S. address.

We do allow up to 7 days of shopping!

International* S&H is $5.00 for the first item and $.1.00 for each additional item with FREE insurance. *Please see below for excluded countries. These are countries that we do not ship to due to unpredicatable mail service and uninsurability by our parcel insurance carrier. Global priority (USPS) is available upon request. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Canadian S&H is $3.00 for the first item and $.50 for each additional item with FREE insurance. Global Priority (USPS) is available upon request. Canadian buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

 

HOW QUICKLY WILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEM. . .

We take pride in shipping our items within 24 hrs of payment. Items paid for by Noon (PST), ship the same afternoon. Once an item ships, you will receive a shipping notice via email, which will contain the tracking number of your parcel.

Our normal method of shipment is USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. We ship Monday thru Friday (excluding Federal Holidays). Items paid for after Noon on Friday, will ship Monday.  USPS normal delivery times are as follows:

USPS First Class Mail:  2 to 10 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

USPS Express Mail: 1-2 business days

International Shipping: Normal delivery is 6-35 business days depending on Customs & Mail service in your country.

We want you to feel secure when you purchase from us. For this reason we insurance all parcels both domestic and international FREE OF CHARGE to you.

For U.S. buyers - If your parcel does not reach you within 10 business days, you will receive a refund or a new parcel shipped out to you via Priority mail.

For International buyers - If your parcel does not reach you within 45 days, a refund will be issued to you provided we receive a signed Statement of Non-Receipt Claim from you as is required by our Insurance Carrier.  To expedite the refund process - this form can be faxed to us at 949-707-2939.
