*The process of linen backing posters is an adaptation of an ancient art that’s origins can be traced back to the ancient Far East.  Over the last 20 years or so, it has become the preferred way to preserve film posters among serious collectors. The process gives the poster a flat, stable surface of acid-free paper (Japanese Masa Paper) and cotton canvas. This diminishes the visual impact of folds, waves, wrinkles or dents as well as providing the foundation for any need repairs.  We use only acid-free/water based materials that are “archival” in nature, properly conserving the work.  This preserves and protects the poster as well as making it easier to handle and frame.

• Payment is expected within 7 days of item's end unless prior arrangements have been made.  

Shipping Policy

• All posters shipped via USPS including Delivery Confirmation and Insurance.
• We ship to confirmed PayPal address only.
• Please allow 2 business days for item to ship.
• You poster will be shipped in a crush-proof package (PVC tubing), that keeps it safe in transport.
• In most cases, we can combine shipping for up to 3 items for No Extra Charge.
• International puchases must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, it is the only option that provides for insurance.  Any customes fees or import taxes are the buyer's sole responsibility.

Grading Criteria

Mint (C-10)

Unused with no perceptible flaws. Best of all possible conditions.

Near Mint (C-9)

Unused or very carefully used, but may have some slight flaws that could include very mild signs of age or storage on fold lines, minor dents/impressions or minor edge wear.

Excellent (C-8)

Minimally used/carefully preserved; above average with no major defects and less than 2 or 3 minor defects. Investment Quality

Very Fine (C-7)

Nicely preserved; bright & clean but with a few more minimal signs of wear and usage such as pinholes, small marks or border tears.

Fine (C-6) 

May have pinholes, minor writing, minor creases or chipping, slight soiling or tears in border.

Very Good (C-5)

A used, displayed poster showing some evidence of age and use, but colors and image are still clear and bright.

Good (C-4)

Suitable for display, but a little less than average, showing some clearly visible defects.

Fair (C-3)

Shows a higher degree of age or use with the resulting damage having a more cumulative effect.

Poor to Fair (C-2)

Extremely worn, or damaged. May include large paper loss, extensive writing, water damage, fading, staining and the like.

Poor (C-1)

Major and extensive damage to the poster exits; of little value with only rare exceptions.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of item receipt.  Item must be same condition as recieved. Buyer pays for return shipping costs.
