GREAT Tramp Art Picture Frame w/ 4 Pictures / NORES!!

This is an old tramp art frame that has been in our collection for about 20 years. We haven't had it hung for several years now so time to go where it can be shown. The frame measures 20" X 16" and has brass tacks for highlights. Each corner has layered hearts. There are no breaks or repairs. I have shown a close up of the old alligatored finish.
