SHIPPING POLICY

Any item defective or damaged upon arrival will be repaired or replaced once proper communication is made regarding the issue. Buyer has three days to inform us via email if the item is damaged/defective upon arrival. Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer as well as insurance costs if the item is being returned for a refund minus the original cost of shipping. Package and handling fees will be refunded. Should an item be unavailable, buyer will be notified and given the option of a full refund or a similar item of equal or greater value. All sales are final and no return will be accepted unless authorized. All checks and money orders must clear before orders are shipped.

If you have not already confirmed your purchase through eBay please do so before using the Check-Out Now! button. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for an email confirmation.

Check-Out Later: If you do not choose to Check-Out Now, there is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of auction close. In most cases you will receive and email right after the auction ends. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.

PAYMENT
We accept Pay Pal, Money Order, Personal Check, or Cashier's Check. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you pay with personal check through the mail or eCheck via Pay Pal you must wait 4-7 business days until your payment clears.

SALES TAX
Customers in the State of California will pay an 8.25% sales tax on the bid or buy it now price of the auction only since our business is located in the State of California. Shipping, packaging, and handling fees will not be taxed.

SHIPPING
We will ship your item worldwide. We strive to ship all orders within 24-48 hours but on rare occasion there can be delays. Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday except on holidays. The shipping prices located within the listing are estimated shipping prices. In many cases the shipping prices will be lower and on occasion slightly higher. Please note the UPS ground rate is an estimate to the continental United States. If you would like to check the exact shipping costs to your location please check the shipping calculator below. All shipping, package, and handling fees will be included when reviewing the shipping calculator.

Domestic Shipping
It is our policy at The Guitar Warehouse to ship your item using the method of shipping you choose. We offer UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, and 2nd Day Air. We also offer USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail. If you are having your item shipped to a PO Box or military address please choose one of the USPS options. If you receive your item from a shipping carrier you did not choose please email us so we can refund you the difference if you chose a more expensive shipping method. If you would like your item shipped another method such as UPS Overnight arrangements can be occasionally made by contacting us at TheGuitarDude1@hotmail.com.

Shipping to Canada

For shipping to Canada we offer UPS Standard along with USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Express Mail International. If you are having your item shipped to a Box, PO Box, or address in Upper Canada please make sure to choose one of the USPS International Options because UPS will not deliver to those locations. Sometimes Canadian customs will charge customs and brokerage fees which are not included at time of payment. We have no control over these charges but we do our best to get the item to you without any extra charges.

International Shipping Worldwide
If it is possible to ship the item to you we will do it. For international orders outside Canada we ship USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Express Mail International. Customs and brokerage fees are not included during check out. We have no control over these charges but we do our best to get the item to you without any extra charges. If you would like the package shipped another method please send an inquiry to TheGuitarDude1@hotmail.com and sometimes expedited requests can be granted. Shipping the item UPS Worldwide Expedited will not be a problem if you contact us.
