We are proud to accept PayPal and Postal Money Orders only. We are sorry but we do NOT accept personal checks. We only accept payment in US Dollars. Payment is required within 7 days from the end of the auction. Please advise us if you will be paying via Money Order so that we can watch for it in the mail.
Shipping
Jazzworks,LLC primarily ships via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. We occasionally ship via other methods depending on the item to save you money. You will be informed in the listing how we intend to ship your item. We pack each item with extra care so there should be no breakage. Our excellent feedback rating reflects how well we pack our items. Please take a moment to read other buyers' statements about our shipping and packing. We strongly recommend the purchase of insurance on all items being shipped. This will protect both the buyer and seller against lost or damaged items during shipping. While we do our best in packing your item, it is out of our control once it leaves our hands. Jazzworks,LLC will NOT be responsible for lost or damaged items purchased without insurance.

Return Policy
If Jazzworks,LLC has misrepresented your item we will be happy to refund the cost of the item. If the item was damaged in transit, we will be happy to work with the buyer to file the necessary insurance papers through the necessary agency. This is our preferred method and it actually saves you money. If you decide that you do not want to file the insurance papers, you can return the item to us in the original box and with the original packing materials and we will be happy to refund your money (minus all shipping expenses). We will issue a refund once we have received the item in the original box/packaging (what we sent it to you in). If you do not return the item in the original box, we will not issue a refund.

We attempt to describe the items honestly and accurately to the best of our ability. If there is a damaged area on the item we do not hesitate to tell you. Many times we provide photos of the area in question in the original auction listing. We take extensive photos of all items listed in case there is a dispute at some point on the actual condition of the items on the listing. If you have any questions regarding the item, please email us prior to the end of the auction with your questions. We will be glad to provide additional photos if needed. After you have received the item, if you decide that you really didn't want this item, or you found one cheaper somewhere else, or you just changed your mind, we are sorry but we will not issue a refund.
