Dear Friends,
It is important you know that we've been involved with Granita machines since the late '80s.  We are proud (if you are a Texan and especially if you are a long horn fan), that we were the first to introduce Granita in the student's union cafeteria in the early '90s.  Over those years we have contributed to the rise of this drink greatly.  In addition, we have helped thousands, stranded, machine owners that were having problems and could not contact the place that sold them the machine.  We have always been helpful, we done it all for free, and we are proud of it.  We encourage your calls if you are experiencing problems or if you just have a question about how these machines work.  We also stock extensive inventory of parts in order to be ready to help you if you need our help.  You can reach us at:(817) 652-6826 for Bill Long the whiz kid of Granita and Espresso machines or (817) 640-3131 for  me.
