1. I’M NOT QUITE SURE ABOUT THE DETAILS OF THE ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
   Ask questions before buying, bidding, and/or winning the item! :)
   
   
2. I THINK YOU’VE DESCRIBED SOMETHING INACCURATELY.
   I try to describe the items as best I can.
   If there are any defects in the item, I will identify them clearly in the description.
   I am not an expert in any field. I’m learning.
   If you can help me with additional information about an item,
   please don’t hesitate to contact me.
   
   
3. WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE ITEMS I WIN OR BUY?
   Payment is due within 10 days of auction end.
   If you are waiting for other auctions to end before sending payment,
   let me know, I understand this! I’m a pretty patient person.
   
   
4. HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE ITEMS?
   Payments can be made via PAYPAL or by Cashiers Checks/Money Orders, or Personal Check.
   You’ll get your items faster if you use PAYPAL of course.
   If you send a money order or personal check, please send information about what you’ve purchased (item #).
   It will help me get your item to you faster!
   
   
5. DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING?
   YES! If you purchase more than one item I will combine shipping costs.
   However, please wait for me to send you an invoice that will reflect the savings.
   It helps if you send me a message letting me know that you are done shopping…
   otherwise, I may wait to see if you might purchase more.
   Please don’t ask for combined shipping AFTER you’ve paid for items. Ask early.
   
   
6. CAN YOU GIVE ME A PRICE ON THE COMBINED SHIPPING?
   I sell different types of items—clothing, toys, jewelry, books, etc.
   These are all different weights – I will need to determine total weight and figure
   shipping from that. As a rule, shipping will be at least the cost of the highest
   shipping amount of any of your items.
   
   
7. I DON’T LIVE IN THE USA – WILL YOU STILL SELL TO ME?
   YES – contact me for shipping and handling cost beforehand.
   PAYPAL is required for non-US buyers.
   
   
8. CAN YOU EXPLAIN YOUR SHIPPING PRICES?
   I use the US Postal Service.
   Items under a pound will be mailed FIRST CLASS.
   Items over a pound will be mailed FIRST CLASS PARCEL POST
   (unless it is more cost-effective to use PRIORITY FLAT RATE BOXES).
   Books will be mailed USPS MEDIA MAIL.
   Magazines must be mailed as USPS PRINTED MATTER.
   I send items with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, which is an additional cost.
   The shipping prices also include the cost of packaging
   (packing tape, bubble wrap, envelopes, boxes, etc.)
   If you desire quick delivery, let me know,
   and we can use USPS PRIORITY or EXPRESS MAIL.

9. DO I NEED POSTAL INSURANCE?
   With the exception of fragile items, postal insurance is your option.
   Usually it’s an additional $1.65
   If insurance is not purchased, I cannot be held responsible for items broken in transit or lost.
   But I will pack well so that your item arrives in good condition.
   
   
10. CAN I RETURN ITEMS OR GET A REFUND?
    Most of these items are gently used and/or are old.
    I sell the items "as is". No returns or refunds. No "buyers’ remorse returns.
    Please be sure to read the description, size, color, etc. carefully before bidding.
    (If the item is grossly misrepresented, I will make concessions.)
    
    
11. I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH AN ITEM… !
    Please let me know. I can’t do anything about it unless you tell me.

12. DOES ANYONE IN YOUR HOUSE SMOKE?
    We have a smoke-free home. Your items will arrive without smelling smoky.
    
    
13. DO YOU HAVE PETS? WILL ANY PET HAIR GET ON MY ITEM?
    We have several cats and a dog.
    I can't guarantee that an item won't arrive at your house without a pet hair on it...
    I try to keep the area clean, but I'm sure some animal hairs will slip through.
    So if you are allergic to a few pet hairs, you may want to look elsewhere.
