RETURNS POLICY:

At Applam Massage Essentials we appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, however you are not satisfied please return the product within 7 days of receipt, and we will either EXCHANGE your item or offer MONEY BACK (via PayPal ) minus the original shipping and insurance costs. BOOKS, DVD's, VIDEOS, FLASH CARDS ETC. REMOVED FROM MANUFACTURERS ORIGINAL PACKAGING ARE NON RETURNABLE.

Please contact us at customerservice@applam.com  for the RMA # and instructions before returning your item. The returning item must be fully INSURED to prevent loss or damage. The BUYER is responsible for the costs of shipping and insuring the returning item, and the cost of shipping the exchanged item. We will notify you once we have received and processed your returned item. All items are subject to a 15% re stocking fee.

SHIPPING DETAILS:

Our shipping costs are calculated for the LOWER 48 STATES of AMERICA only. Please contact us at customerservice@applam.com for shipping costs to HI, AK, APO addresses, and CANADA. The BUYER is responsible for any Customs and Excise duties/Brokerage fees etc. for International shipping.

IMPORTANT: We are sorry, but we are NOT LIABLE for loss or damage to packages during shipping if INSURANCE IS NOT PURCHASED.

We ship items via FedEx, UPS, or USPS usually within 48hrs of receiving payment for your purchase, and you will receive notification at the email address you have supplied with shipping details & tracking #’s. Please allow 5 - 10 Business Days for delivery, however most packages are delivered sooner.
