These vintage patches are apparently a former official issue of the CAMP MACHAGAMEE - AFFILIATION OF GIRL SCOUTS USA (S.S. G.S.C.)
Featuring the CAMP MACHAGAMEE - S.S. G.S.C. logo and the WORK HARD & SMART patch. Located in Pelham, NH Camp Machagamee is affiliated with the American Camp Association; Girl Scouts USA. It is a day camp that offers a taste of everything. Adorable and colorful caterpillar logos.

You are looking at a insignia patch proudly produced in the U.S.A. by the now defunct , General Emblem & Military Supply CO. (GEMSCO tm) since 1881, in new condition (unless noted)..
A great addition to your collection !
The Patch appears to be machine hand embroidered with factory "tail" still intact (not computer generated) with a combination of the finest Robinson-Anton TM, threads, such as, rayon, polyester, and metallic.
This Patch is in NEW condition and has never been sewn or ironed on.
All of our patches have been acquired from a large private collection, (most verified with agency purchase order documentation of authenticity) we are offering these patches to the public for the first time.
We are archivist not collectors of rare vintage embroidered patches, sorry no trades. Although we have carefully researched the item, we can always learn more and appreciate your comments!
