We ship via USPS, FedEX, UPS and DHL.
Shipments are generally done within 24 hours of reciept of payment - unless your order is placed on a weekend in which case your order will be shipped on the next business day.
We no longer ship orders outside of the US due to excessive losses experienced in the past.

Before you bid on this item, please ensure that you have verified compatibility with your system by visiting the manufacturer's web site. We assumes no responsibility and will not accept returns for items purchased that are not compatible with your system configuration.
Returns of product, other than with defect, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returned equipment MUST be pre-approved and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Returns must be received with 15 days of the RMA number being issued or the RMA is void.
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on all merchandise returned to us for exchange or warranty repairs. Please allow up to (5) business days for our tech team to check out your returned item.
All defective items being returned must be packed as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.
If the returned product is found NOT DEFECTIVE we will return the original working part to you at your expense for the return shipping costs and you would be responsible for a testing fee of $25.

What is a new pulled item? A new pull item is an item that was removed from a unsold new system. It may have some minor cosmetic scratches from removal or from bulk handling. It is not packaged in a factory sealed box and it has only been used when testing for quality assurance. The ages of the item may vary depending on the manufactured date of the system.
Can I combine multiple orders? Yes, always happy to combine multiple orders. After the auction ends please write us directly and we will gladly combine shipping on multiple auctions won.
Why won't you ship to an unconfirmed Paypal address? According to Paypal's Seller Protection Policy, we are constrained to shipping orders to the confirmed address only. Otherwise, Paypal will not guarantee your payment to us.
Can I track my USPS shipments? Yes, you can do so at www.usps.com . Please note that USPS does not provide a detailed routing information. It will only inform you when the package has been shipped and when it has been delivered.
When there are no information available, it does not mean that the package has not been mailed. It just means that it has not been scanned in as having been delivered. While USPS Priority is 99% on time, it is NOT a guaranteed 2-3 days delivery service. Please do allow up to (10) working days for the package to be delivered.
When will I get my item? We are located in Escondido, CA. Orders to the west coast typically take between 2-4 business days, to the midwest typically take 3-6 business days, and east coast typically take 5-10 business days. Please keep in mind this is under normal shipping volumes, and does not take into consideration holidays and/or bad weather. We may offer faster shipping for an additional fee, please contact us for details.
The tracking information shows the package has been delivered, but I never received it. What's up? You may want to contact your local carrier to determine if they have seen your package, or where they may have left it. Frequently, if the carrier didn't feel that your package could be left in a reasonably secure location at your address, they will leave the package with your neighbors or your Apartment Manager for safe keeping.

Can you ship COD? Sorry our warehouse is not currently setup to ship COD orders.
