All of our jewelry is sold on a 7-day inspection policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our product, within the 7 days after your purchase, simply return the item in its original packaging, and your purchase price (minus shipping, duties & taxes if applicable) will be promptly refunded. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork, parts and accessories. There should be no any scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item, and the product must not have been sized or altered by the customers once they received it. We do not accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
