SHIPPING RATE:
Unless otherwise noted, we ship FREE within the *Continental United States and only charge our cost to ship overseas. We do not charge a Handling Fee, even though we spend substantial time and money on boxes, packaging materials and wrapping the bags to ensure that they arrive to our customers in quality condition. A lot work goes into listing each bag with detailed descriptions, measurements and many pictures.
*Free shipping is not offered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or other US territories - please contact us for the exact price. If you purchase the bag without asking us first, we will send you an additional invoice for the shipping charge.
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE - prices are calculated automatically in each listing, based on your location.
U.S. BIDDERS: We ship using USPS Priority Mail (unless otherwise noted) and delivery takes about 2-3 days. Shipping insurance is optional. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN THE MAIL.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: We ship using either Priority Mail or Express Mail. We no longer ship using First Class Mail because it takes too long and cannot be tracked. Shipping Insurance is no longer allowed through eBay, so if you want insurance - you have to contact us to arrange it. WE ARE NOT RESOPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN THE MAIL. Delivery times:
- Priority Mail: takes approximately 6-10 business days (weekends excluded). Insurance is optional. Tracking is provided.
- Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope (for wallets only): takes 6-10 business days (weekends excluded). Insurance is not available. Tracking is not provided. So if you want insurance and/or tracking - use regular priority mail.
- Express Mail: takes 3-5 business days. Tracking is provided, Insurance is included up to $100. Please email us first if you want your item in a hurry, we usually ship within 1-3 business days, but we are able to ship sooner upon request.
BE ADVISED THAT YOUR COUNTRY MAY CHARGE YOU AN ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS TAX - IT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. We do not mark items as "gifts" simply to help you avoid paying customs tax. We understand that many people do buy handbags as gifts, so if it is a gift - simply tell us "It is a gift, please mark as a gift" and we will do so. We make sure we are doing the right thing and being honest with all international postal services so we will not mark items as a "gift" just to save you money at customs. We have no way of knowing if it is a gift, so we can only depend on your word.
WE ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ON YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. If you want the item to be shipped to a different address - you must add it to your Paypal account first and then select that address as the "SHIP TO" ADDRESS when making a payment.

TRACKING YOUR ITEM
After your item has been purchased and paid for - you can find it in the "won items" on your Ebay menu. Select the item in question to view the description. At the top of the page, click on "View Order Details". Tracking number will be listed underneath "Shipping". You can click on that number for the latest update on the status of your item. If it's not dispayed - check back again, your item hasn't been shipped yet.
