[The Certificate you receive was made out to Cross & Co with Reg. No. NC22655 and dated Feb 11, 1948.  It measures 8 inches by 12 inches.  Typical for all Certificates from this Company there are Punch Cancellations as well as Hole Cancellations.  But most importantly the vignette is free of cancellations.  It also has quite a few normal pinholes or staple holes, some in the area of the vignette.  Placed on a white background as shown they are barely noticeable and that is suggested if you want to display it in a frame.]
